The American rights of the Manmadhan Ambu has been sold at the price of the RS 3 Crores. There was not much of the opening of Kamal movies until the release of Dasavatharam abroad. But Kamal Haasan's forthcoming film is sold a big price. Kamal Haasan and Trisha in the lead roles, while Madhavan, Sangeetha and Oviya are in this film.
Dasavatharam also did good business in other countries and paved the way for the release Unnai Pol Oruvan. Now the rights for the United States and Canada for the film Manmathan Ambu were sold for a price of RS 3 Crores. This is the first time that a Kamal movie is sold for that price.
Dasavatharam was sold for a price of Rs 1. 5 Crores. KS Ravikumar who directed this film and Devi Sriprasad has composed the music.
Manmathan Ambu will be released on 17th December 2010.
