Why Singam Puli film release delayed?

Singam Puli, the Jiiva-starrer, was to be released this Diwali, but the film did not make it. Information shows that since the actor has a dual role, there were a lot of CG work very closely involved in scenes that will have both Jiivas.

This has delayed the film, but all efforts to ensure that Singam Puli is released during the month of December.
The movie has Divya Spandana plays the female lead. S. Parthiban and S. Srinivasan have produced this film and Singam Puli is directed by Sai Ramani.
